Warehouse Assistant (5.5 Days / Up to $2,400 + OT + Variable Bonus / Meals Provided / Jurong)

Job Description

• Position: Warehouse Assistant
• Well Established Singapore Based Frozen Seafood Processing SME
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm); Saturday (8:00am – 12:00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,400 OT Variable Bonus (At Least 1 Month)
• Working Location: Jurong
• Employee Meals Provided
• Outpatient Medical & Dental Insurance Provided
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Frozen Seafood Manufacturing Production

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform Loading & unloading of goods with contractors.
• Inspect food shipments for temperature, hygiene, quality, shelve life, labeling and marking requirements.
• Perform counts, weights, and case packs of incoming shipments to verify information against purchase orders.
• Perform put away for cargo received into proper warehouse locations.
• Perform picking internal requisitions from warehouse locations and execute internal distribution.
• Perform monthly stock taking to ensure accurate inventory.
• Operating forklift while ensuring safe handling of cargoes.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit as the role required to carry products weight 10-20kg.
• Possessing a valid Forklift License is an added advantage.
• Able to commit overtime when required.
