About the Role:
Landscape & Arboriculture Oversight – Manage and maintain all landscape elements including trees, shrubs, turf, green walls/roofs, irrigation, and grow lights across the properties.
Incident & Feedback Management – Respond promptly to feedback and incidents (e.g., fallen trees), ensuring timely follow-up and submission of reports in line with service level agreements.
Contractor & Arborist Coordination – Supervise landscape contractors and independent arborists to ensure quality work, safety compliance, and adherence to maintenance schedules.
Reporting & System Management – Prepare cost estimates, monthly KPI reports, update tree registration systems, and use CMMS and e-PTW systems for work tracking and documentation.
Stakeholder Communication – Attend site and online meetings, provide updates to clients, and support ad-hoc tasks as required by the reporting officer or stakeholders.
About You:
ITC in Landscape Management / Landscape Design & Horticulture or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management or equivalent with minimum three (3) years relevant local working experience as a LE.
He or she is a Certified Practicing Horticulturist.
He or she is an ISA Certified Arborist (Added Advantage)
Possess hands-on experience and knowledge in identifying early signs of poor plant and tree health, pest infestation and bring to the attention of the Certified Arborist for further investigation.
