Customer Service, Warehouse (Exp in 3PL Logistics /Allowance / Bonus / Tuas)

Job Scope:

• Liaise with customer and warehouse operators on shipments arrangement.
• To monitor / arrange daily Inbound and Outbound containers trucking with Customer.
• To input data for monthly billing in excel file.
• Communicate with customers / suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email on day-to-day operations.
• Make sure Inbound and Outbound documents are information are communicated to warehouse operators via email and/or all communication channels.
• Assist in warehouse operators input data accurately and complete Warehouse Management System inventory transactions within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• Make sure all office areas are well maintained.
• Perform other job-related functions as and when required by superior.

Requirement:

· Minimum O-Level

· At least 1 year experience as customer service in 3PL warehouse/logistic industry

· Able to maintain accurate and precise records and stores

· Ability to work accurately and methodically.

· Good communication skills
