Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support daily customer interactions across all channels, including email, social media, walk-ins, and phone calls, to proactively identify and address potential concerns or complaints.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues, manage escalations, and carry out effective service recovery where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with vehicle owners and customers.
- Ensure adherence to established customer service protocols and handling procedures.
- Track and analyze customer service KPIs and metrics to ensure service quality and performance standards are consistently met.
- Support the planning and execution of aftersales promotions and customer engagement activities.
- Provide strategic and data-driven insights into customer behavior and needs to inform business improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of monthly customer service and aftersales review meetings.
- Oversee and manage recall campaign activities to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in an automotive workshop environment, with a focus on customer service.
- Sound understanding of vehicle servicing, repair processes, and auto insurance claim procedures.
