OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing and leading a team of operations staff, ensuring they meet company goals and objectives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Overseeing inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.
  • Managing budgets and resource allocation to optimize operational costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Leading and facilitating operational meetings and reviews with senior management.
  • Identifying and resolving operational challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints related to operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in an operations management role, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
