Job Description:
Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Managing and leading a team of operations staff, ensuring they meet company goals and objectives.
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Overseeing inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.
Managing budgets and resource allocation to optimize operational costs.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Leading and facilitating operational meetings and reviews with senior management.
Identifying and resolving operational challenges and bottlenecks.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints related to operational issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience of at least 3 years in an operations management role, ideally in a similar industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
