Facilities Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the IFM Services at the client’s office building premises
• Supervision of all onsite personnel
• Planning and supervision of the Comprehensive Management Program
• Formulate maintenance procedure and policies and facility emergency plans
• Promote good relations with the stake holders
• Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure their maintenance works/service deliverables are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs
• Submit proposal for Addition & Alteration (A&A) works; Improvements and/or Upgrading works; or Repair and Replacement works to the building, M&E Systems and facilities as and when required by the client
• Manage projects and improvement works
• Advise the client on the compliance with all Fire Safety requirements and address any related queries
• Prepare and justify for variation of works if any and to verify and certify all works completion
• Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements
• Conduct regular meetings and submit monthly management reports including Audit and Fire Safety reports

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Building/Facilities/Estate Management/M&E Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Building/Facilities Management
