Java Software Engineer（Support remote work）

Job Description
Responsible for core backend code development and version maintenance, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Solve high-performance, high-concurrency, and system reliability issues.
Participate in software architecture design and technical challenges, optimizing system performance and security.
Drive the research and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, and build/maintain core modules.

Qualifications
Solid Java programming skills, familiar with design patterns and coding standards, with a good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Proficient in Spring Boot/Cloud, Mybatis, and other development frameworks, with strong coding capabilities.
Proficient in MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSql databases, with SQL optimization skills.
Familiar with at least one middleware (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka) and able to troubleshoot issues.
Experience in business system development, with the ability to propose improvements (business architecture, processes, etc.).
Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with product, frontend, and other teams.
Experience in large-scale distributed systems or big data processing is a plus.
