About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Technology Programme Manager at VP/Director level to lead the delivery of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) transformation projects across APAC.

In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee complex technology programmes that focus on Financial Economic Crime (FEC), onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding solutions for global financial institutions. You’ll manage geographically dispersed delivery teams, drive client relationships, and help shape the future growth of our CLM transformation capability.

Reporting to the Global Head of Transformation, you’ll work closely with Delta Capita’s senior leadership, clients, and partners—playing a pivotal role in growing the business and ensuring high-quality programme delivery across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery across CLM transformation and FinCrime platforms for financial services clients in APAC
• Act as the senior client relationship manager and escalation point across multiple accounts
• Manage cross-functional, distributed teams across India, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, and beyond
• Develop and maintain programme plans, project governance, steering packs, and delivery reporting
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to manage solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation
• Provide hands-on oversight of budget planning, revenue forecasting, resource utilisation, and P&L management across programmes
• Lead statement of work creation, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation in alignment with delivery capabilities
• Oversee platform deployment and configuration for systems such as GoldTier
• Support the broader commercial team in business development efforts, identifying new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
• Operate across both Agile and Waterfall SDLC models, using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Kanban
  
  

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of programme management experience in a client-facing role within financial services or consulting
• Proven track record of managing technology implementation or professional services teams across multiple regions
• Deep understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Financial Economic Crime frameworks
• Experience in delivering large-scale platform transformation initiatives within complex environments
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing contracts, SOWs, budgets, pricing models, and payment schedules
• Expertise in both time and materials and fixed-price contracting models
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate senior client relationships and internal governance
• Experience working with global delivery teams and multiple third-party vendors
• Comfortable operating in matrix organisations with multiple workstreams, programmes, and geographies
