As a Manager in the Creative Department, your expertise in scheduling and coordinating for your team members will serve as the vital link between departments. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, adeptness in prioritising projects with effective time management is crucial in our fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the Creative Director in managing the team and projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring project needs are met in a timely manner.
Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and on budget.
Collaborate with project managers, production, clients, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and timelines.
Prepare and present project status reports.
Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring effective coordination of design activities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for design projects, including design briefs, specifications, and project reports.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Interior, Architectural, Event or a related field.
At least 2 years of management experience in commercial spatial design or a related industry.
Ability to balance creativity with practical considerations and project constraints.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
Effective communication abilities and a capacity to collaborate seamlessly with team members.
Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.
Understanding of creative processes and terminology.
