QHSE Executive

The executive shall assist the QHSE Manager for all aspects of quality, health, safety, environmental and sustainability standards within the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), which includes Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), and Sustainability, and is aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 20121 standards

• Assist in the review and closure of non-conformance cases, providing strategic input and ensuring timely resolution in line with company policies

• Guide the development and continuous improvement of company-wide quality assurance and sustainability policies

• Review audit outcomes, inspection reports, and improvement plans to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance service quality, risk management, and process efficiency across departments

• Manage supplier assessment and performance systems to ensure adherence to high standards

• Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and strategic partners on QHSE, Sustainability, and ESG matters

• Provide leadership in the company’s sustainability strategy, including carbon data oversight and annual reporting efforts

• Advise management on grant opportunities and regulatory changes related to QHSE, IMS, and ESG standards

• Reporting on the performance of the management system and on the opportunities for improvement, to top management

• Ensuring that the integrity of the ISO 20121 management system is maintained when changes to the management system are planned and implemented

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Business, Management or equivalent

• Excellent writing skills

• Strong knowledge of local and international quality control methodologies and best practices, including ISO management systems and relevant frameworks (i.e., ISO 45001, 14001, 20121, 9001, and bizSAFE standards)

• Possess WSQ Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2)

• Ability to multitask effectively, work independently and in teams

• Experience in sustainability reporting and carbon emission reporting is a plus

• Accreditation of QHSE internal auditor certification will be advantageous
