SENIOR APPLICATION ANALYST

Bachelor's degree in a IT or engineering.

Min of 5 years of experience in relavant field and should have experience working with media industry.

Must have Linux certification.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support enterprise-wide infra solutions.

Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Provide level 2 and level 3 support for Data Centre related issues.

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.

Managed client relationships and project coordination and must troubleshooted with AutoSys.

Experience in Dalet Flex and Rightsline is advantage.

Installation and configuration of Linux Red Hat 7, 8, and Centos OS, Unix and Windows versions.

Troubleshooting desktops, backup and recovery of networking, multimedia, and printer installations.

Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems management solutions.
