Food Processing Operator

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible to perform packing, repacking, sorting, thawing, mincing, cutting of meat & seafood.

• Must follow strictly to Food Hygiene Handling & Work Safe Practices.

• Pack cleaned and processed meat into appropriate packaging, ensuring that it is cover properly with plastic wrap.

• Responsible for good practices when handling frozen food in a Safe and Hygienic manner.

• Must wear proper PPE and wash hands before commencement of production.

• Ensuring HACCP and ISO Standards Requirements are followed at all times

• Must be able to work in cold environment.

• Require to paste stickers onto food packaging when needed.

• Able to carry frozen food cartons for processing.

• Perform daily maintenances and housekeeping at production areas. Keep production area & equipment clean & tidy.

• Must be able to work as a team to carry out the production work efficiently.
  

Working Hours:-

• 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
