Job responsibilities:
Ingredient Preparation : Wash, cut, slice, and chop vegetables, meat, or other raw materials according to kitchen instructions.
Assisting in Cooking : Follow recipes or instructions to prepare basic dishes or food components.
Kitchen Cleaning and Organization : Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, washing kitchen tools, knives, pots, and other equipment.
Ingredient Storage and Management : Assist in storing food, ensuring ingredients are kept at the proper temperature and humidity levels.
Assisting with Food Packaging and Distribution : Help with packaging, labeling, and distributing processed food.
Adherence to Safety and Hygiene Standards : Ensure all food handling processes comply with food safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
Basic Skills : Possess basic food handling skills, such as ingredient cutting, cleaning, and organizing.
Hygiene Awareness : Have a basic understanding of food safety and hygiene, and strictly adhere to relevant regulations.
Teamwork Ability : Able to work effectively with other kitchen staff and team members to complete daily tasks.
Safety and Compliance : Understand and strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to ensure food processing complies with all laws and regulations.
