Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
Solution Design: Craft tailored ServiceNow solutions leveraging platform capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, and more to address client needs.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling and customized demos showcasing ServiceNow’s value proposition and differentiators.
Proposal Development: Work closely with sales, delivery, and pricing teams to develop proposals, including solution scope, effort estimations, and architecture overviews.
Technical Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, providing insights on ServiceNow capabilities, roadmap, and best practices.
RFP/RFI Responses: Take ownership of technical sections in RFPs and RFIs, ensuring accurate and persuasive responses.
Collaborate with Delivery: Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless handover from presales to project kickoff and provide technical guidance throughout project implementation phase.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on ServiceNow product releases, trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer demands.
Qualifications & Skills:
5 years of experience in ServiceNow solution consulting, presales, or technical consulting, preferably at a system integrator or consulting firm.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and multiple product lines (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.)
Experience delivering high-impact demos, presentations, and technical workshops to senior stakeholders and technical teams.
Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver tangible value.
Knowledge of ServiceNow licensing, pricing models, and solution packaging.
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile delivery methods, and enterprise service management concepts.
Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.) are a strong plus.
Ability to travel up to 30% of time within the ASEAN region.
