Immediate Start - Teacher Aide Discipline - School (Nearest MRT - Braddel)

Contract Period:

• 2 May 2025 to 31 May 2025

Deployment:

• Mon to Thurs: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm
• Fri: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm
• Service not required on Sat, Sun and PH's

Scope of Works:

• Supervise DS Monday to Friday, after school till 4.30pm;
• Upkeep, maintain and compile detention records and data;
• Revert to Form Teachers (FTs) on detention attendance;
• Maintain DS as an effective deterrent measure for truancy and late coming;
• Maintain and upkeep the operations and data records at Student Management Centre.
• Attend to students’ drop in at Student Management Centre during and after school hours and liaise to update teachers/ Year Heads (YH) / Heads of Department (HOD) / School Leaders (SL) when needed.
• Collaborate with Student Management Team to monitor the development of students sent for disciplinary measures.
• Refer and update HOD/ YH/ SL on potential issues related to pupils and school discipline, based on information & personal observation.
• Daily sign-in/out for students on movement monitoring
• Assist HOD and YH to follow up on frequent absentees,
• Accompany officers on house calls and home visits.
• Assist HOD/SM to liaise with Police/ relevant authorities to verify students’ involvement, and case follow-ups, where needed.

Requirements:

• Full GCE O
• Able to connect and maintain good Rapport with Students
• Proficient with MS Office
• Able to manage the School data management tools

Pay: $100.00 per day
