Temporary 4 days-Teacher Aide Discipline - School (Nearest MRT - Braddel)

Contract Period:

• 28,29,30, Apr 2025 & 2 May 2025 - Total 4 days

Deployment:

• Mon to Fri: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm
• Service not required on Sat, Sun and PH's

Scope of Works:

1. Detention Sessions (DS) Co-coordinator- Assist HOD & SH Student Management to

• Supervise DS Monday to Friday, after school till 4.30pm;
• Implement, monitor and supervise DS and maintain consistency in process and following up procedures;

2. Maintain smooth operations of the Student Management (SM) Centre

3. Case Management and follow-up

• Collaborate with Student Management Team to monitor the development of students sent for disciplinary measures.
• Refer and update HOD/ YH/ SL on potential issues related to pupils and school discipline, based on information & personal observation.

4. Maintain school tone

• Work together with other School Management team members and Operations Managers (OM) in ensuring school security and maintaining overall school tone.
• Conduct regular monitoring and foot patrolling within and outside school

5. Other Works:

(a) Collaborate with relevant HOD/Key Personnel in-charge of School and National examinations, to provide support during the examination period, by:-

• Patrolling to ensure conducive environment and school tone
• Perform escort duties
• Managing students at waiting area during oral examination

(b) SM Data and Records Management during Term Break, Exam Period

• Upkeep and compile records of routine/daily non-compliances, petty offences, such as attire and grooming, late-coming, misuse of handphones.
• Filing of SM records for pupil profiling.
• Maintain and upkeep of latecomer data using school data management system, as specified by HOD/SM.

Requirements:

• Full GCE O
• Able to connect and maintain good Rapport with Students
• Proficient with MS Office
• Able to manage the School data management tools

Pay: $80.00 per day
