Export Airfreight Executive

• Handling of full sets of export airfreight documents
• Assist on bookings with airlines and co-loaders
• Coordinate with agents, airlines, and internal teams to ensure timely cargo uplift
• Monitor flight schedules and cargo status; ensure accurate, timely document submission
• Ensure compliance with customs and export regulations
• Track shipments, update customers, and resolve any delays or issues
• Handle export billing, verify costs, and process supplier invoices
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience in relevant industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and freight forwarding software
• Working Hours: 5.5 working days
• Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
• Salary: up to $3800
• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
