Regional Finance Manager

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting and reporting across multiple countries within the region
• Consolidate and prepare accurate regional financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards in each operating jurisdiction
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal control policies and procedures across regional entities
• Analyze regional financial data to provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions and performance improvement
• Lead the regional budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, coordinating with country-level finance teams
• Oversee regional cash flow planning, working capital optimization, and financial risk management
• Act as the primary liaison for regional external auditors, banking partners, and regulatory authorities
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support cross-border strategic planning, investments, and expansion initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across regional finance operations and perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA or CA preferred)
• Min 5 years experience in Finance Management role
• Experience in Regional Finance Management will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 630pm)
• Location: Central
• Salary: Up to 12.5k
