Retail Store Manager (Furnitures)

• Plan and execute strategies to meet brand, sales, and service goals
• Work with management on budgeting and financial performance
• Build and manage a CRM program to strengthen customer relationships
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation
• Handle service recovery and crisis management plans
• Ensure smooth retail operations and business continuity
• Lead, train, and develop team members across sales and customer service
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships
• Control operational costs and drive profitability
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution
• Support market research and explore new business opportunities
• Hire and train staff to maintain excellent customer service
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Business Management or any related field
• Min 3-5 years retail management experience
• Experience in Luxury/Designers Furnitures is an advantage
• Working Location: Orchard
• 5 days work week including weekends (by shift)
• Salary: Up to $5500
