Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management , including at least 2 years of team management experience in Singapore.
In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s labor laws and relevant employment regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills , with fluency in both English and Mandarin.
Strategic, results-oriented, and an effective team leader , with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech-driven environment and manage complex cross-cultural dynamics.
