Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily meal arrangements for staff by liaising with third-party catering vendors.
Arrange work schedules and deployment for security personnel.
Organize daily work plans for housekeeping staff.
Handle general administrative duties such as document filing, data entry, office supplies procurement and inventory tracking.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist in preparing meeting materials, scheduling appointments, and supporting departmental activities.
Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
College diploma or above.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative team management.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with a high level of confidentiality.
Well-versed in relevant laws and regulations, with strong stress management and resilience.
Proficient in using office automation equipment and software, with excellent written communication skills.
