We are a Japanese company dealing in secondhand luxury goods, with more than 200 stores in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore combined.
We started our Singapore branch in 2018, and as we move towards setting up a Malaysia subsidiary this year and establishing ourselves as the base for South-East-Asia.
Candidate will be working in a multinational secondhand goods dealing company to help to develop the company’s eCommerce system and internal systems.
Job scope:
Liaising with local and overseas vendors in arranging a smooth delivery process.
Ordering of shop supplies and following up with suppliers regarding any quality issues.
Coordinate vendors to ensure that shop repairs and maintenances are done on a timely basis.
Coordinating of new shop openings with various suppliers and departments.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline,
Interest in japanese
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:
10am to 7pm
Monday to Friday, 1 extra Saturday required bimonthly
