Human Resource Executive (Payroll / HR / East)

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and administer monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
• Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and manage HR-related inquiries
• Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including leave entitlements and insurance
• Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma in Human Resource, Admin or related field with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
