Learning Centre Coordinator (Full-Time)

Location: Pasir Ris, Tampines, Serangoon North, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands, and Jurong West

Job Summary

The Learning Centre Coordinator is a key member of the operations team, managing and operating the centres on a day-to-day basis. This role involves creating a conducive learning environment and ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the learning centres.
• Handle administrative tasks including student registrations, attendance tracking, and record-keeping.
• Ensure the learning environment is welcoming, safe, and conducive to learning.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of educational materials and supplies which includes printing of worksheets and learning resources
• Communicate effectively with students and parents to address inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, messages or emails.
• Promotes the company’s programmes, products and services to parents.
• Assist in implementing and upholding company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop and improve centre programs and services.
• Ensures the overall maintenance of the centres – i.e. ensuring the centre is tidy, organised, and well-maintained.
• Other general administrative duties as directed by the Management.

Minimum Requirements

• Full-time position.
• Diploma/Higher Nitec or equivalent.
• Applicants without the necessary academic qualifications but with relevant work experience in an educational or administrative role are welcome to apply.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and educational management software.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Working hours – 4 weekdays evenings and 1 full weekend (5 working days and 2 rest days per week).

Compensation and Benefits

• Base starting monthly salary: $2100 to $2500 depending on qualifications and experience.
• Monthly salary inclusive of commissions: $2200 to $3000 or more.
