Position: Sustainable Project Manager
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Raffles Place
Salary: Up to $6000

Job Description:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate engagement with key stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.
• Carbon Abatement Tracking: Monitor and track group-wide carbon reduction efforts, aligning initiatives with carbon offset strategies.
• Sustainable Design Integration: Support the incorporation of sustainability features into new development projects.
• Environmental Trend Analysis: Conduct research on sustainability trends in real estate management and propose policy adaptations.
• Resource Management Implementation: Assist in executing circular economy and resource management plans.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree in Sustainable Built Environment, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sustainable building design, energy and carbon abatement strategies, and sustainable development approaches.
• Experience in carbon footprint analysis and energy data tabulation.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol and relevant sustainability standards.
• Experience in event coordination and a passion for translating data-driven insights into actionable sustainability outcomes.
