Job Posting for Admin Assistant (Preschool) at EMPLOYMENT CENTRE PTE. LTD.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front-desk duties including answering phone calls, handling enquiries, and greeting visitors and parents.
Maintain and update student and staff records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of reports, forms, and other administrative documentation.
Support preschool operations such as attendance tracking, meal ordering, and inventory control.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance or supplies.
Provide administrative support to the Principal and teaching team.
Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain organised filing systems.
Assist with centre events, communications, and newsletters when required.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or relevant Nitec/ITE qualification .
At least 1 year of administrative experience , preferably in a school or preschool setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude.
