Senior Executive Assistant (HR Shared Services)

Job Description

• Ensure that all relevant documentation is accurately P-filed in accordance with the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Assist in the systematic updating, maintaining, and approval of human resources data for existing employees within the myHR system.
• Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
• Adhoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related Business discipline.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the processing and management of HR records and data.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume tasks while ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Proficient in IT applications, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing large datasets.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and proactive in approaching tasks and responsibilities.

3 Months Temp Role
