Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our agile team, taking ownership of the end-to-end architecture and design for critical cloud-native applications. You will shape solutions used by the Financial Industry, directly supporting key financial supervision functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams and product owners to define and design robust solution architectures
• Oversee development to ensure implementations align with the architectural vision
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support and conducting code reviews
• Champion software quality using cloud-native principles and agile practices (TDD, automated CI/CD)
• Partner with QA on test automation strategies and identify potential technical hurdles
• Work alongside other architects to ensure consistency and promote reusable component design
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, and other technical teams for infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD setup, integrations, and issue resolution
• Lead exploratory work through prototyping and experimentation with new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 7 years' experience in application development, design and business analysis
• Proven expertise in solution architecture, integration patterns and designing large-scale applications for complex business needs
• Proficiency across multiple technologies including .NET, Java, ReactJS, Node.js, MySQL and MongoDB
• Experience with multi-paradigm programming languages
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with containers, microservices architecture and DevSecOps practices
• Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies, specifically designing and developing applications on AWS (AWS certification preferred)
• Familiarity with OAuth2/OpenID Connect protocols
• Solid understanding of SRE principles and operational processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Security, Compliance Management) on cloud platforms
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Self-driven, creative, team-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
