Working location: Orchard
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Event Planning: Develop and plan event concepts, timelines, and goals to ensure successful execution
Venue Selection: Identify, negotiate, and secure venues for events, ensuring they meet requirements and budget
Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring that events are delivered within financial constraints
Vendor Coordination: Source and liaise with vendors, including caterers, decorators, AV technicians, and entertainment providers
Logistics Management: Oversee all event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and equipment setup
Marketing & Promotion: Assist with promoting events through digital channels, social media, and email campaigns to increase attendance
On-Site Management: Manage event activities on the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan
Attendee Coordination: Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs, ensuring a seamless registration and check-in process
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders throughout the planning process
Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to evaluate the success of the event and identify areas for improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage complex event logistics
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments in event plans
