Role Overview:
The Senior Executive, Leasing (6-months Contract) will be responsible for driving lease transactions, managing relationships with potential tenants, and ensuring properties achieve high occupancy rates. The role involves negotiating lease agreements, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to align leasing strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue leasing opportunities for the portfolio of properties.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants and brokers.
Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate property showings and conduct presentations to prospective tenants.
Collaborate with the property management and marketing teams to develop leasing strategies.
Monitor and report on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market conditions.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on leasing activities and performance.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build contacts and promote company offerings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.
Strong understanding of leasing principles and practices.
Proven track record of closing leasing deals and achieving targets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to conduct market research and analysis effectively.
Proficiency in leasing management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
