What does a successful APAC HR Payroll and Operations Manager do in Fiserv?

As a key member of our APAC HR team, the incumbent ensures seamless payroll processing, compliance, and HR operations across the APAC region excluding India.

You will manage payroll activities, drive HR operational excellence and foster a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Your role will directly support our mission to align financial services with life through innovative solutions and a focus on people.

What you will do:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for APAC countries (excluding India), ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Implement and refine payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain data integrity and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Lead and mentor the payroll team, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and local legislations.
• Manage HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and HR-related inquiries within the APAC region.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements across the APAC region.
• Drive HR projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Lead and manage all HR payroll an operational projects in the region and work closely with our teams in US, when necessary.

What you will need to have:

8 years of experience in/with :

• Payroll management within the APAC region.
• Payroll systems (such as ADP systems).
• Managing HR operations, including payroll integration with HRIS systems.
• Handling payroll compliance and regulatory requirements for various APAC countries.
• Project management and leading system implementations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is key; coupled with good project management experience.
