Job Description:
Administrative duties which include but are not limited to:
(a) Maintain and update administration related data records. Recording & tracking of invoices.
(b) Manage counter operations:
(c) Providing basic support to administer first aid to students who get injured during school hours.
(d) Handling of mails and deliveries with record keeping
(e) Handling of students’ identity cards as well as GCE ‘O’ Level exam & SGC certificates.
(f) Covering the other Admin assistant counter duty when she is on leave.
(g) Assist in school events.
(h) Perform data entry duties assigned by school.
(i) Other general administration-related duties eg, collation of data, filing of documents, printing and statistics tabulation etc.
(j) Conversant in using apps such as whatsapp to keep in touch with school staff
(k) Has pleasant character and able to build rapport with parents and Well mannered
Job Requirements:
(a) Preferably N or O-levels.
(b) Excellent team-player who is organised and meticulous.
(c) Must be able to multi-task and handle a range of admin duties.
(d) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
(e) Proficient in MS Office.
(f) Minimum of 3 years of experience in school environment and performing customer services.
(g) Strictly for Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only
