Role: Marketing Assistant

Duration: 1 Year (renewable yearly)

Location: 2 Busstop from Aljunied

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm

Salary: $2500-3000/mth

Responsibilities

Events and bookings of facilities across the school liaising with teams such as facilities, finance and security
Facilities Rental management
Creation of marketing collaterals
Website updates and changes
Monitor Social Media on all channels for the school
Ability to deal with adhoc requests in a timely manner
Organising and filing documents and computer-based information
Creating bi-weekly newsletters for Primary and Secondary schools
