  • Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, including roster planning, technical supervision, and resource management
  • Maintain high and consistent clinical standards for complex case handling
  • Plan and manage department budgets, manpower, and operational deployment
  • Lead cross-departmental workgroups to enhance lab service delivery and innovation
  • Coach and mentor junior and new staff, fostering a high-performing team culture
  • Resolve all technical queries and ensure operational compliance with relevant accreditation standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in lab practices, equipment usage, and quality assurance protocols
