Engineer

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board ( Singapore )
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of design experience in a local consultant firm
• Graduate engineer with a positive attitude may also apply
• Candidates with ( partial ) overseas experience may be considered
• Conversant with current design codes and design process in Singapore
• Independent and organised, with positive work attitude
• Willing to put in extra effort / time when need arises
• Strong communication skills and effective team player
• Proficiency with ACAD will be an added advantage
• Able to execute submission to relevant agencies / authorities in Singapore
• Able to co-ordinate projects with other team members
• Willing to learn architectural permitting / compliances to Singapore authorities

Job Description :

• Support Senior Engineers in the detail design and design coordination of Civil, Structural and Geotechnical projects.
• Responsible for the execution of structural design and drafting works
• Preparation of calculations and review of structural design drawings
• Customer specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted
• practices.

Responsibilities :

• Design of temporary and permanent works
• Carrying out analysis design of buildings and infrastructure
• Co-ordination of projects including submission to local authorities and liaison during the construction stage
• Liaise with clients, consultant, and authorities on technical matters
