QA / QC Engineer

(Ready-Mix Concrete)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all quality aspects of ready-mix concrete and its related technical matters.
• Ensure inspection and test activities are in accordance to the established procedures
• Assist the relevant HOD in the effective implementation of the quality system and ensure all testings met with the relevant specifications
• Site visits to attend to customers complaints in related to QC matters
• Conduct batching plant trial mixes
• Handle,review and upkeeping of all quality records
• Prevention of recurrence of product non-conformity and coordinate corrective action on the relevant problems.
• Develop and formulation of new products and improved existing products
• Documentation for ISO certification

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in the field of construction/ building materials preferably in the manufacturing of ready-mix concrete or its related products
• Good knowledge and working experience in ISO documentation
• Possess relevant experience in concrete technology and concrete quality control
• Possess Class 3 license is an added advantage
• Welcome entry level as well
