• Lead the QA/QC team to meet quality, safety, and customer expectations.
• Oversee quality operations and ensure compliance with ISO 9001.
• Conduct audits and inspections to improve processes.
• Work with production teams to solve quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Keep records of quality control and equipment calibration.
• Ensure all products meet required standards before release.
• Improve efficiency and reduce costs through better processes.
• Train and guide staff on quality control procedures.
• Respond to customer feedback promptly and effectively.
• Apply FMEA to identify and reduce risks.
• Develop and maintain workplace safety policies and audits.
