Job Posting for QA Lead at ALMR CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes in alignment with testing standards and the Test Strategy & Requirements (TSR).
Review, validate, and obtain acceptance for all testing artifacts, including test plans, test cases, test results, and requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
Define the overall test strategy, scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive test cases with clearly defined inputs, execution steps, and expected outcomes.
Coordinate and manage functional, non-functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
Ensure setup of test environments aligns with technical and functional requirements.
Maintain traceability between requirements and test cases to ensure full coverage.
Manage the entire defect lifecycle, ensuring timely logging, tracking, and resolution of issues.
Provide regular testing progress updates, defect metrics, and risk reports to stakeholders.
Utilize Tosca Tricentis as the core automation and test management tool.
Support business teams in UAT execution and ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and QA management.
Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent are preferred.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
Experience with Tosca Tricentis.
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to Business Analysis (BA) processes and ability to assist in requirement analysis, gap analysis.
Strong documentation skills – ability to produce clear, concise test documentation, reports, and status dashboards.
Experience in projects involving middleware migration and BPM tools integration.
