Job Posting for Corporate Lending PMO at ALMR CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and vendors
Engage with business stakeholders to define scope and align objectives
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership
Oversee UAT, quality checks, and compliance with internal standards
Support post-implementation review and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field
8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in Corporate Lending , Trade Finance , CASA , or Payments
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or Agile/Scrum certification
Familiarity with corporate banking systems and SDLC
Experience in managing system implementation or digital transformation projects in banking
