We are hiring a Personal Assistant to support our Director with daily tasks and coordination.
You’ll help manage the Director’s schedule, handle admin work, and make sure things run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Manage calendar, meetings, and travel plans
Prepare simple reports and meeting notes
Handle confidential information
Help with both work-related and personal tasks
Follow up on tasks and reminders
Communicate with staff and external contacts
What We’re Looking For:
Good with organizing and planning
Able to handle multiple tasks and keep things on track
Trustworthy and discreet
Confident with email, Word, Excel, etc.
Prior experience as a PA or similar role is a plus
