Application Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics) | Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics as a Project Manager or Application Leader.
• Ensure project success by focusing on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
• Provide tailored solutions based on user requirements as a Senior Application Consultant.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance, including defining Change Requests (CR), as an AMO Support Leader.
• Support sales activities, including presales engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Extensive project management experience with deep functional expertise in Dynamics Business Central, specifically in Finance, Sales & Purchase, and Supply Chain modules.
• Hands-on experience in at least three full-cycle implementations as a Senior Application Consultant (vendor management from the client side alone is insufficient).
• Strong ability to prepare functional specifications and conceptual designs in Dynamics, aligning with business needs.
• Experience in Application Management Outsourcing (AMO), covering customer support, change management, and user training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
