Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support, ensuring smooth operations and addressing user concerns.
Assist in operating system migrations and related support activities.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware and software issues.
Resolve issues related to the supported end-user equipment and software.
Install necessary software and applications on devices.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the IT Service Management tool.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents, adhering to SLA requirements.
Adjust application settings to meet specific environment needs.
Relocate computer devices and peripherals as required.
Set up application profiles for end users.
Provide proactive updates and follow-ups to end users.
Guide end users on necessary tasks and procedures.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement:
Diploma or equivalent professional education in Information Technology or related
At least 3 years of related working experience
