IT PMO - Senior Cash Management and Corporate Banking

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a senior IT PMO to join our transversal PMO team and be in charge of the global monitoring and reporting around CCS activities ( 350 FTE developing and maintaining solutions for Cash Management and Corporate Banking business lines including 3 strategic projects).

This role requires close collaboration with global stakeholders and cover all PMO activities of the department in coordination of Heads of CCS:

• KPI projects supervision
• Staff management and projection
• Budget management
• Coordination with stakeholders
• Department strategy

The PMO is actively supporting the continuous improvement and change management journey of the department.

Main responsibilities

· Project Governance & Support

• Ensure adherence to IT Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with banking regulations
• Closely monitor strategic projects for Europe and Asia.

· Stakeholder Management

• Drive collaboration between stakeholders (EMEA & APAC)
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-department teams

· Reporting & Analytics

• Develop dashboards and progress reports for senior management highlighting risks, milestones, capacity planning and budget status.
• Track KPIs to measure performance and alignment with strategic goals

· Risk & Resource Management

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Optimize resource allocation across the department.

· Continuous Improvement

• Refine PMO processes and tools (MS Project, Power BI) to enhance efficiency.
• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing among the department by leading communities and organizing events.
  • Coach Head of Team and IT Project Managers to deploy new methodologies and process.

Qualifications

· Languages:

• Must-have: Fluent in French and Mandarin (written and spoken) as main stakeholders are in France and China.
• Proficiency in English require

· Tools:

• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Macro, Pivot table, Graphs…)
• Knowledge in PowerBI

· Good knowledge in Project Management

· Proactive mindset: Ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions autonomously

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details

· Team player, willing to learn and innovate in a highly collaborative environment

· Great organizational and communication skills in multi-cultural environment

Experience

• Minimum 5 years as IT PMO in Corporate Banking industry
• Experience in Finance accounting would be a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related fields. Master’s would be a plus.
