Process Engineer (MUST have Chemistry / Material Science background / Semiconductor| MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product yield and quality performances.
• Investigate the process and defects-related issues and identify the opportunities for improvement on the quality process.
• Upkeep the product documentation including technical specifications, control plan, and defect improvement plan.
• Work closely with the Quality department to monitor and improve process capability.
• Review existing data and control in order to ensure it will meet the requirements.
• Manage the cost and time constraints of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry / Material Science is a MUST.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with the usage of SPC, JMP Software, FMEA, Root-cause analysis, etc. related with process manufacturing.
