JOB SUMMARY
The Internal Communications Lead will develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to deliver the company’s strategic messages and provide all employees with regular and relevant information about the business. You will manage the end-to-end execution of the company’s newsletter and work closely with internal stakeholders to run internal campaigns and events. This role focuses on ensuring ongoing and consistent internal communications, campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives for the whole business.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a comprehensive internal communications plan to deliver the company’s strategic messages and provide all employees with regular, meaningful, and consistent information about the business.
Manage the end-to-end creation and production of the company internal communication portal and ensuring timely production and dissemination of content for cover and report on events across the company’s operations globally for internal publication.
Lead and manage employee engagement events and campaigns (e.g. Global Townhall, CSR activities, etc.).
Develop storytelling and corporate narratives to enhance corporate reputation as a responsible agribusiness and employer branding as a great place to work.
Be a member of the crisis communications committee to provide communications advice and manage communications to internal stakeholders.
Implement and introduce proper governance (gatekeeper of all internal communications to the whole of business) and proactively share communications best practices, learnings, and successes – among countries globally.
