Job Posting for Cinema Executive at GOLDEN VILLAGE MULTIPLEX PTE LTD
Responsibilities
Understanding and able to operate all workstations, including Digital Box Office, Combi point, Floor and Projection
Handling day-to-day operations such as customer service recovery, group bookings and sales of vouchers etc
Ensuring the security of the premise and its facilities
Ensuring the location is staffed productively and optimally
Cash management for the opening and closing of a location
Assisting in preparation of the location’s staff roster
Ensuring the location is kept in functional and presentable state at all times
Ensuring staffs are aware and adopting proper operating procedures
Assisting in liaising with vendors, suppliers and contractors
Conducting training and coaching of Cinema Service Crew
Performing random assignments and projects
Requirements
Recognised diploma with operations experience in cinema, F&B, hospitality or retail industry
Service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn are important attributes
Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation
Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours
Those with F&B experience will be favourably considered
Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate
Must be fully vaccinated
