Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and financial institutions that can introduce syndicated loans, as well as respond to client inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of documents such as manuals, policies, approval documents, and reports to headquarters and authorities, as well as translation from Japanese to English (English to Japanese).
• Manage loan repayment dates, etc., and prepare input sheets to the system of accounts for loan disbursements and collections.
• Guides and negotiates with clients, syndicated loan agents, and other parties on the necessary documents to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) risk assessment. He also conducts customer surveys using World Check One and other tools and prepares the necessary documents for anti-money laundering (AML) risk assessment.
• Conduct a simple content examination of syndicated loan projects introduced by financial institutions and compile a list.
• Analyze financial statements and assist in the preparation of credit proposals to headquarters.

Requirements:

• Min 2-3 years of working experience either in General Affairs, Admin, and/or as a secretary or related role.
• Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) to liaise with internal and external Japanese counterpart
• Have basic Excel skills (can enter simple formulas)
• No problem with sales correspondence and e-mail correspondence & comfortable to communicate
• Able to take on new tasks with a positive attitude.

• Deliver certification (CMFAS Module RES2B and Module CM-SIP)
• Sales experience
• Experience working for a shipping company
• Understand financial statements
