Relationship Manager (Commerical Loans, Basic Up to $6k + Comm)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in the commercial loan sector, specializing in various financial products such as Property Loans, Shipping Loans, and Hire Purchase solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their specific needs.

Responsbilities:

• 80% Hunting / 20% Farming
• Identify and prospect new SME customers, actively marketing financial solutions to meet their needs
• Manage and service your portfolio of accounts
• Prepare credit proposals, including financial analysis
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in B2B sales with a focus on hunting in any industry
• Demonstrated stability in a company, ideally with two years or more of tenure
• Strong sales drive with a proactive, aggressive, and goal-oriented approach
• Previous experience handling Commercial Loans (Secured and Unsecured), Property Loans, Hire Purchase of Machinery and Equipment, Shipping Loans, Working Capital Loans, etc.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements
• Experience in credit writing
• Proficient in report writing, with the responsibility of preparing credit proposals that include financial analysis
