Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a culture of health and safety across the organization.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions to identify and reduce potential hazards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying causes and recommending solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Lead safety training sessions and presentations to promote accident prevention and ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
• Collaborate with product factories to streamline safety management practices and propose continuous improvements for operational safety.

Requirements

• At least 1 -2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Safety Engineer or ESH Engineer.
• Prior experience as a Safety Specialist with in-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g., WSH) and procedures is a plus.
• Comfortable with traveling to different sites to provide training
