Monitoring and tracking of change and maintenance activities
Manage, administer Message notification services and sending of incident notifications or broadcast notification to the stakeholders
Initiate conference bridge to facilitate incident investigations and migration activities.
Open incident tickets, assign ticket to service track and track incidents to closure.
Conduct health check on system.
